"Go" Philosophy in Black & White

An interactive motion graphic describes the philosophy in Chinese Go chess. Talking about the type, colour and shape of chess pieces, which be pictured with atoms, Oracle "sun" ("yang") & "moon" ("yin") and universe. There are other 2 scenarios, the starry sky and wave flow. As the Chinese Go master Wu Qingyuan textually said: Go is actually a tool for the ancients to watch the sky. The chessboard represents the starry sky, and the chess pieces represent the stars. And the continuous and endless, symbolises the history and culture passed down from generation to generation.

A narratively visualisation describes the basic, the cycle goes back and forth, endlessly. The project can be viewed by from the perspective of stream of consciousness, from the association of some things in daily life, other things imagined, and one's own experience.

Time is like dust in the air, or bubbles in the water, from dust to dust, from water to water. The cycle goes back and forth, endlessly. Like atoms, like the seasons, like trees, like flowers and plants, like the endless stream of traffic, like the daily life. City Seasons are not only the nature seasons, but also the human generation, the life, the self-reflection based on our part experience and history. Taking a breath, relaxing your mind, seeing what pictures will pop up in your mind when you see the projection.

This is a painting tool which has a negotiating with machines to make a sketch together. The idea is based on to be more creatively painting. There are many kinds of painting tools, physical or digital, as the digitalisation coming, painting plotter is more and more popular. I am wondering that maybe we could make a negotiation with machines to do some work, like finishing a painting together.

People can upload an image, the computer will select colour randomly and connect with the relevant colour pen. People can use the control stick moving the car, then the pen will draw patterns.
