For the final project of Programming For Artists and Designers, I created a piece inspired by the work of John Whitney, an artist and inventor often regarded as the pioneer of computer animation.
The piece consists of a series of animations that the user can modify with sliders. An additional feature converts each scene into audio signals for displaying on an oscilloscope, a device used by Whitney to create some of the first examples of motion graphics.

For this project, I designed a synthesizer that can modify a 3-dimensional hologram, using a technique dating back to the Victorian Era. I utilised my knowledge of Arduino and Processing to enable a smooth interaction between the user and the synthesizer, the graphic design and layout of which was inspired by various electronic music album covers.
I am an Artist, Graphic Designer and Coder, currently based in London.
